In hotels and restaurants, we often find the same wines.
The reason?
Winegrowing and harvesting is a difficult job. It is necessary to plant, cultivate and harvest the vines. Then comes the vinification of the juice, the blending and the bottling. And, the most important step, the distribution of the wine.
This is why some wine growers lack the time to organise their distribution in our regions as far away as the Indian Ocean, in Mauritius.
These producers’ wines that we rarely or never drink – a lack for our taste buds.
Our mission? To simplify the access to the wines of these winegrowers.

THE STORY
Since 2018, our aspiration has always been to bring friends together to taste the best wine. This is why we work with restaurant professionals and winegrowers on a daily basis.
Together, we assist in restocking for the former and distribution for the latter. A short circuit that allows everyone to find their way around: better wines, fair prices and simplified invoicing for Cafés Hotels Restaurants, better distribution on the part of wine growers.
